How to recognise & trust your intuition
Intuition is a powerful tool that can guide us through many different situations in life. It's that gut feeling we get when we know something is right or wrong, without necessarily having any logical explanation for it. However, trusting our intuition can be difficult, especially if we are used to relying on rational thinking or external sources for guidance. In this blog post, we'll explore some ways to recognise and trust your intuition so you can harness this powerful tool to make better decisions and live a more fulfilling life.
Pay attention to your physical sensations.
